Alignment: Neutral Evil
He took part in Kevin Flynn's project as a programmer of the A.I.'s personalities before realizing that he could conquer the whole Grid without troubles. He's Vector's programmer and he created the hybrid Vinctor in an experiment. He can give orders to the program with the sound of his voice and allow him to take control over Vincent, his ex-student.
He's pretty good in battle, even though he's really skilled in the Light Cycles' matches.
